My wife and I have been looking for a home for about two years now, and found one that we both liked back in January. We made an offer, it was accepted, and we proceeded to jump through all the hoops required to secure financing. All went well until two weeks ago. The property has a well, and there turned out to be microbes in the water... Just found out that the seller had a UV system installed, and the water tests fine now! We have settlement set, and finally looks like the end is in sight!

I'll post pics after settlement, when it's officially mine! One really nice thing about the new place, a very large linen closet in the main bath. I'll have to stock up on shave goodies, or else it will just be wasted space!
