It’s fall. My school has a “Green Chile” cookoff tomorrow before the ‘rivalry’ football game with the other country middle school (played at the high school stadium where all of our students will go in the future) This green chile stew is anchored by diced pork, onions, garlic, tomatoes, chicken broth and flour and of course our locally developed and grown Pueblo Green Chile! I haven’t made it since last fall. I’m looking forward to tasting it later! I expect I ought to win the cookoff tomorrow, but ya know, judges… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
