Hi, guys. I'm a longtime wetshaver, but new to this forum. Just thought I would say hi.
A warm welcome to you from North Texas. You might want to take a look at some of the references contained in my signature line below for discussions of the 30 Day systems and more on shaving hardware and software or CLICK HERE!
With that being said ...
Welcome to the Den.
We know you'll fit right in.
So grab yourself a comfy chair,
and give our threads a spin!
Welcome to the Shave Den.
I just joined a few weeks ago, myself. Nice group here.
I like the vibe here. From what I can see from my time lurking, it seems pretty laid back.
Could someone enlighten me on the protocol for "likes"? I don't want to insult people by not liking their posts, but I don't want to be the kind of guy who likes everything, or else it won't mean much. How do you guys handle it?
If you like what someone says then "like" it.
Like what you like and don't worry about it. Nobody's keeping score.
Good enough. Thanks.
I tend to dole out "likes" like candy on Halloween.
If someone responds to one of my posts, I generally like it.
If someone posts something that makes me chuckle, I like it.
If someone posts something interesting, I like it.
If someone posts something informative or helpful, I like it.
Good choice. I appreciate all the well wishes in this thread. Cheers.
Just do your thing, like posts (or not) if you feel like it, but mostly join in the fun!
Welcome to TSD!
Welcome to the shave den
hello and welcome
That pretty well covers, "likes".
Separate names with a comma.
