We have so many kitchen gadgets I forget sometimes what we have, I've wanted one of these things. My wife wants a oilless fryer device? Now we need forum smell-o-nose.
I received my air-fryer form a lady who didn't like it mostly because of size I think, so the price "to me" was very right on it. I mostly use it for French fries. While it does only make small(single/double serving) amounts at a time not having to fool with and waste all that oil makes it worth it for me. My fries come out crisp outside and tender on the inside and have a great taste. The outside doesn't get overly hot either. Mine is called the "Cooks Companion" but I've seen the same looking unit under different names. So far I'm very happy with it.
Glad you’re getting good use out of it and it is hard to argue with the price you paid. If you like chicken, try that in the air fryer. It comes out great!
