    That red Lifebouy soap is still being produced, but not distributed in the U.S.

    Thanks again for the replies, and yes, @RyX I did find info already on my first Flea mkt/Antique store/Garage Sale find, a Eversharp Eagle, 426M (?). Didn't know anything about it until a search here. Just bought Israeli blades for the first go round.
    Shaved through the mid 60's with a Gillette Slim, didn't know that term prior. Was issued at Parris Island in 63'. Which brings me to @178-bplatoon. This might be a small world if 181-C rings a bell.
