One of my favorite pastimes is watching people getting barber shaves/head massages on Youtube (very relaxing). In this video the barber is Japanese and is using a shavette type razor (at least I think it is) I've never seen and don't know what it is. Does this look like something you have seen? I don't believe it's a Razorine. It almost looks like someone took a DE razor head and customized it with a handle to its side so it can be used for barber shaving. I agree, it looks like some sort of DE holder. I don't know the brand or type. One point I thought was interesting, not only that she shaved his forehead, but that she used a traditional straight for that, then switched to the DE for the regular shave. Interesting video...
