Definitely not a Milord. This type of find is one that can spark some serious bargain hunting RAD. It is a thrill of finding a diamond in the rough on the cheap type of thing.
I don't see a notch so I would say 48 or 49 cause it still says "PAT. NOS. ON PACKAGE" and doesn't say "PAT. NOS. ON PKG" (started in 1950). Just my 2 cents.
