I'm not sure, but if it is aluminum like I've heard, you might me able to buff them out by hand. Don't feel bad I'm kind of antsy to get one ... you can blame @jmudrick.
Yeah we'll be careful with the buffing, I ruined my 104 that way. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Here's a nice one ... https://www.ebay.com/itm/Parker-Saf...021182?hash=item2a9f3a3fbe:g:UZIAAOSwYDZaXk6s https://www.ebay.com/itm/Merkur-Tra...654080&hash=item2393f2ef18:g:98wAAOSwgQ9V45Jm
I apparently have the really odd two-piece handle. It has the barber pole knurling like yours, but the double band at the bottom like @Enrico's.
There were some variations in the cases. This is a reproduction of one such case and at a pretty decent price............. http://www.serviceofsupply.com/product/wwii-reproduction-shaving-kits/
there must be a few different ones.the mr razor picture with my blade bank has an english flat bottom with a knurled handle like Enricos but without the 2 rings on the bottom.pics would be cool.
Just in case I want to get more creative with this, do you guys have any black-colored stubby handles that can screw on to any standard threaded head? I could go with a mix and match. I want to have options.
Not precisely, but you can certainly make one. they have 10/32 threaded inserts that can go into a drilled hole in plastic or wood, so making a custom handle would be pretty easy.
Well you could get a Maggard's Tuckaway and get Delta Echo to coat it. Or You could get one of these and cut the handle down. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Russian-Ar...136315?hash=item21393bb9fb:g:yfYAAOSwDFBZ-Eet
