I use DE razors. Nothing real exciting. I've got a Merkur 23c and a 1904 open comb. Picked up a Weishi 3906 as a TTO. Might get into vintage, but I'm pretty happy with what I've got. For blades I'm a fan of Sharks and Voskhods, but also like to mix it up with others. Variety is always fun and I figure if I keep trying popular blades every now and then maybe I'll change my mind about them sometime.

I like cream! Proraso green or red, TOBS anything (currently have sandalwood) Soaps are okay, and I'm a fan of Arko but admittedly haven't tried a lot of soaps. I've got some Col. Conks, but they haven't impressed me much. So many different brands and variations that I'm always wanting to try new things. When I end up with things I don't like I tend to try mixing them just to see if I can make them into something usable. That usually works really well.

For brushes, my favorite's an Omega boar 10049 for soaps, and I use a simple I forget what brand badger or the VDH boar for creams.

As you can see, I tend to go more high end with the creams or blades than the equipment (razors and brushes).

Makes perfect sense, I like mixing my soaps sometimes also....Just remember even in creams and soaps inexpensive doesn't neccesarily mean bad....Have you tried MEM or C.O.Bigalow cream yet? :)
