His Excellency Solidified Shaving Cream

    I bought from Etsy a NOS tub of His Excellency solidified shaving cream. The seller claims it’s from the 1970’s but I think it’s older than that. If anyone has any info on this brand let me know.     Brush: Rich Man Shaving Tribute
    Razor: 1951 Gillette 4pc Tech
    Blade: Rapira Swedish Supersteel
    Soap: vintage His Excellency Solidified Shave Cream (late 1940's to 50's)
    Aftershave: Shulton Old Spice Musk For Men

    Today was the first time I used the His Excellency shave soap. It has to be at least 60 years old but after letting it soak while I showered; it made a very decent lather. 9797A787-B372-4132-BB91-0614F99E3480.jpeg
