    Just a little back story:
10 years ago, the wife and I went to Hawaii and she bought some Plumeria Air Freshener. My wife fell in love with the scent. She would spritz it occasionally, to remind her of Hawaii. 10 years later, and it was almost empty. She wanted to order another bottle, at $37.99, for 6 ozs. . Heck no!!
So, I ordered some Plumeria Essential Oil, and some 2 oz Atomizer Bottles. I filled the bottle almost full, with 190 proof grain alcohol, then added 15 drops of the Essential Oil.

She said, and I agree, it smells better than the one from Hawaii. Now the whole house smells of Plumeria. It was such a hit, she had me order more bottles, and whip up some more with Rose, and some with Lilac. My daughter also uses it.

I love using essential oils for room scents and colognes. For colognes, I use 2 teaspoons (10ml) EO to 4 ounces (about 120ml) perfumers alcohol.

For the home you might want to get an air diffuser. Would save you from spraying frequently.

I was about to say that this sounds like an @Sara-s project. But, she beat me to it. :)

Wouldn't it be fun to have a Stoylin scent air-freshener?(Xecutive Man, Sharp Dressed Man,etc).

I thought about that. But, to be honest, the 190 proof grain alcohol, like Reds, and Everclear don't leave any scent, they are the same alcohol content, and much much less expensive.

I've been using Reds 190 proof for years, to make my own underarm deodorant, with a variety of essential oils, mixed with Witch Hazel. No added chemicals.
