How much aftershave splash do you use?

On average, how much aftershave-splash do you apply?

I think it may vary depending on the product, to some degree (for aqua velva, I usually just douse myself), but on the whole, I'm curious how much people use per application.

Somewhere between a quarter size and half-dollar size, usually.

There wasn't an option for that, so I chose the 1/2 dolla. Holla. ::

 

I have no idea of the sizes of your coins But being Swedish I voted in the middle.. I guessed a quarter would be around 2cm..

 

If it's a cheaper one, I'll bathe in it otherwise, a little more than needed to get the job done.

Depends on the product... but usually somewhere in the middle for me. Quarter it is.

 

It's kinda hard to tell, with any accuracy, just how much you're using in an application since it's liquid and it usually comes out of the bottle really fast. I've been using Aqua Velva and Skin Bracer off and on .... I just try to dump enough into my hand to where I don't make a mess and get it onto my face right away. I dunno, I would guess I use anywhere from a quarter size to a half-dollar size.

 

Depends on the Scent. I usually want to make sure my face is wet..with the stuff but not dripping. Other thing, with the Velva.....since it basically just pours out of the bottle, it gets the biggest dosage

 

Aqua Velva and Old Spice are used generously since they come out of the bottle with little effort -- so, half dollar size for those. Otherwise, I probably average quarter size with splashes like Proraso or Musgo Real, which need a bit more effort to extract from the bottle....

 

I use as much as I need - I pour a little into the palm of my left hand and splash it on, how much I can't say, don't have no American money at home

 

Nickel sized

I also have several AS's decanted into atomizers.
But if I had to say....it'd be about a nickel size portion.
On average.
Sometimes, tho....come to think of it.... I use 2 applications.
So.
2 nickels worth, some times
But thats NOT a dime.

 

Probably a €1 or €2 coin is where you guys are probably measuring around at.

FOr myself, I'd say half-dollar amount.

 

No vote here because I use way less than dime size. It's more like the size of a Dutch dime. I don't want to reek of what I'm wearing.

 

I use slightly more than a nickel but no where near a quarter so I went with the small coin option.

 

Well, in that case, maybe a 20Cent-piece but I find the idea kinda odd to compare liquids with coins or is that just me?

 

Kinda of like comparing cream dollup sizes to nuts.

 

yeah, but then again cream is kinda solid too, so you can compare it easily - with a coin I'd have to calculate the amount of displaced liquid of the coin and then measure the exact amount of ASL I pour into the palm of my hand in 10ths of milliliters and see if it fits.

Toss up between the ten yen and the 100. I tried for the 5 yen one time, but I couldn't make the hole in the middle!

 

As long as it was more then a 1 yen (a yennie) they are just worthless. :rofl
