    Linuxguile dating an unusual aristocrat

Just don't try to date one, you'll get a CT out of that.

I've looked over and over at the pics for the 46-47 aristocrat and the 45-46 aristocrat on the mr. razor site and can see no differences whatsoever. HELP.

Look at the razor. Compare the 2. You will notice the difference. The 48 has knurling at the top just below the neck just like the handel. The head tbar has a notch to catch the blade from the dispenser.

I see the knurling clearly on the 48...thanks.
I'm curious how do you discern 46 from 47?...I always see them listed as "46-47" Aristocrat.

To be honest i don remember the specific difference. But in your case.. the set as a whole. The 46-47 has a brownish red or brown insert vs your 47 has a burgundy insert. So if im looking at it at a store, if there isnt any other aristocrat in the display and i see yours in the case ill use the set as a whole to determine the year. If there are multiple arostocrats and one case, then i have to look at the details and thats where i rely on the photos and details.
