Well, that can be a problem with that height difference.

 

I was going to get a haircut this morning. But then I decided to splurge and get them all cut. Later, some grocery shopping and I just now finished making an Easter card for the hubby.

 

Shouldn't that be a harecut?

 

At least she has hair to cut, unlike some flightless birds we're all familiar with

 

No, it was just the hair on the hare's head.

 

Feathers are much easier to groom.

 

I just spit in a tube. Then I mailed it. It was the DNA test for the AncestryDNA project. I thought it would be interesting see what they tell me. I have my genealogy pretty much mapped out already. Father's side (going back to the 1500's) from England/Scotland and my mother's side straight from Italy. We'll see. They will probably tell me I'm from Lithuania or something.

 

I did that last year. No surprises. 25% Irish, 50% spread out between Scotland, England, and Wales, and the rest a mix of Iberia, Russia, Scandinavia and the Netherlands.

 

Spent the last two days cleaning up a winters worth of leaves, branches and other assorted crap in my backyard. I'm sore as hell.
Had a good dinner a hot shower and now I'm drinking 4ozs of Barbados' best while watching ''Monte Walsh" with Tom Selleck. Not as good as the original with Lee Marvin, but still pretty good. Tomorrow's Easter which means some good food. Stuffed cabbage, cabbage and noodles and kielbasa.

 

Good day at the fleamarket a '52 2Q Super Speed and a blade holder $23. The blade holder did not clean up as well as I thought it would.

 

So now my cat has HWAD..Hamster.Wheel.Aquistion.Disorder..and I have ..disorder...

 

That's wierd, eh?

 

Well ya know what they say in Newfoundland..if you don't keep your cat off the keyboard..the devil to pay and know pitch hot..

 

Wow, that's some good old-fashioned Frontier gibberish right there.

 

Gee, I figured you being a flightless aquatic bird you'd recognize an old nautical phrase. Though our brother meant "no" rather than "know". And for your edification the devil is the gap between planks in an old time sailing ship. Pitch was a mixture of oakum and rope yarn used to fill in the gap and make the ship watertight.

 

Herself is heading for some kind of conference for work down in the Charm City. This leaves me without adult supervision until Thursday.
What could go wrong?
