I've been skimming a bit But Fuzzy I'm sure everything will turn out ok, I'll be thinking about you. I also got my razors today can't wait to give them a try.

After a big stupid pile of drama my friends and I decided to split new years eve into two parties. Of course mine will be cooler because it won't be full of people who do not like eachother and are just together for diplomacy or the greater good of not offending anybody.

 

I was going to, but stumbled across a feller over in UK that had 3 of them and a Tabac he was letting go for $15 US...if I knew whether I'd like it, I'd grabbed all of them, but I was a bit short on money at the time, only got 1, haven't used it yet :ashamed001

that's what we used to do when we got real trees, then you have your own secret fishing location - along with the hundreds of other trees that had been sunk, and fishing was a challenge, since you'd frequently hook a "wood bass"

Fuzzy, I asked about SE blades since on a recent spoliation trip I snagged a GEM micromatic, I have pics posted "across the street", haven't had a chance to post them here yet, but I grabbed it mainly because I liked the handle. now, since my posted question, and surely your response, are probably hidden under 1.48 katrijizzillion posts by now, what SE blade do you recommend?

 

thanks Jen I hope you like them.. They got there faster then I thought. I actually cleaned up a micromatic last night that I have not used before good stuff..... I also added a new DE to the collection.. the Fuzzy one is good.

Jim.. I just use the local CVS WALGREENS brand blades... they are ASR blades and work well for me... When I can afford them I will get the Ted Pellas. Very good blades.

I cleaned up a brass Micromatic last night. One with the safety bar. They are not the best shavers in the world.. but I did get a very very nice DFS out of it.. Will be using it more in the future.
