Hey everybody. Just thought I'd drop in and see if any of the old gang was still around. Also, hello to the new folks since I was here last.

Fair enough I suppose. There's always something, but all in all, I'm blessed.
As well as can be expected.
    Snazzy!

It's all in the merchandising and royalties anyhow so I'm not worried.

I taught my 15 y.o. daughter the art of wry snark, but too well.

    ah, gotcha; makes sense

yeah, life gets hectic sometimes, and most of the time you're standing there not sure if you found a rope, or if you lost a horse

So yeah, still "enjoying" (read: tolerating) life around Houston, lol
The oldest will be graduating college in a couple of months....holy carp where does the time go?
The youngest is halfway through college....theoretically. Hopefully he stays on pace haha
Finally, after many years, got to start doing some fishing again. All the way up through high school it was a frequent thing. Went a few times through college, and went a handful of times a few years after, but then work, kids, kids events, etc kind of eats up all your time. Still ain't caught anything yet, but then again, I'm trying to remember everything I'd forgotten, while at the same time trying to teach my wife, while at the same time completely learning salt water fishing when we do that. Been fun, anxious to actually start reeling them in.....but I'm more excited to see my wife get her first fish. Really hope I have the FauxPro on when she does finally hook one.

Other than that, still wet shaving, using fountain pens as much as I can, trying to get around to building things - price of lumber is falling, but still on the high side.
Not much different other than being older. Trying to check in here more often, the camaraderie has been missed
