Busy day. I had a few things to do in the morning- pick up something from the tailor and then off to the supermarket. After that, I baked a bread. The house still smells great. While the bread was baking (in the bread machine) I was sewing a set of placemats, intended as a gift for my mom. They are still a work in progress, but here they are, so far;
Whipped up 3 doz. GF meat balls (with some sweet sausage mixed in) for a dinner on Friday. This was my first time using GF Italian breadcrumbs so, some of them became dinner for quality control purposes. Aside from possibly needing a bit more salt, they passed the test. Phew.
Back from the eye doctor. My eyes are doing well. I am now permitted to resume normal levels of activity. I can shoot the grown-up bow.
