I am a french guy, and I speak english like a "chat qu'expire".
I am on "Rasage Traditionnel" since January 2016.

I made a few video about shaving.
(In french, sorry. And I am too new here to publish link)

I have now about 50 razors, most of them are Gillette, but a few Gibbs, Merkur, Le Coq, 1 Fasan, 1 PAA, 1 Fine etc.. for DE razors.

For SE razors, I have a General, a Hawk, 3 Rolls Razor, a few Schick, Gem & Star, I waiting for a Darwin Universal Hollow Ground.

My "new way" to shave is wedge blade on safety razors, but excepting Rolls razors, I have not found one with an operating blade yet.

And one day perhaps, I will finish my back way to the past, on shaving with straight razors.

 

Welcome, I post on the RT site occasionally, I'm a big fan of the French DE razors (i use Apollo, Gibbs, Leresche, Protector, Famex).

Vous pouvez le faire de style Canadien et inclure les deux pour éviter les erreurs de traduction si vous le souhaitez.

Je suis content que vous nous ayez rejoint car il semble que vous ayez beaucoup d'expérience avec de nombreux styles de rasoirs. Postez des vidéos et des photos! Il existe une zone de post-test dans laquelle vous pouvez expérimenter pour résoudre les problèmes.

Otherwise post in French as there are a few members that are multilingual. You can do it Canadian Style and include both to avoid translation errors if you wish.

I'm glad you have joined us as it seems you have much experience with many styles of razors. Do post videos and photos! There is a Post Testing Area you can experiment in to work out the problems.
