Looks just like Proraso, smells just like Aqua Velva. Don't ask me to reveal the formula, it's a secret!
I was wondering when Proraso would start selling their blue aftershave. Glad to hear that you had a hand in the development of it.
If I'm ever short on aftershave, I just use a little Hoppy's Number Nine. The scent lasts a really long time, and always drives the ladies crazy (at least the ladies that I'd be interested in...)! -Bax
Now, that's just what this country needs: Proraso, reimagined and recrafted for today's changing times. A fragrance that's familiar, yet bold, exciting, and invigorating. There's something about the man who sports new Proraso Blue...
I hadn't tried Ballistol as an aftershave. But I do like the medicinal benefits over Hoppe's #9. I suspect it is gentler on any knicks or scrapes... ;-) - Bax Here is a report on the medicinal uses of Ballistol: https://ohdbks.overdrive.com/ohdbks-clermont/content/media/4572320
I had to try Ballistol. Ordered it online. Came a couple of days ago. Apparently it's great for wounds so soldiers can self-care while also cleaning their gun, but it didn't make the cut as an aftershave. My 1911 really liked it, though. However my fussy bride prefers the sexy, mysterious, rakish, devil-may-care scent of Hoppe's #9. Ooo-la-la! - Bax
