Hi guys, I thought I'd post this, for all you licorice lovers.

I've been messing around with a blend in an old glass aftershave bottle.

    3/4 cup Witch hazel
    1/4 cup distilled water
    Liquid Aloe
6 drops of Anise (black licorice smell) essential oil
    1/2 TSP of cinnamon.

You could substitue an alcohol for the distilled water (which I might try)

It smells fantastic, and my wife follows me around the house a little more, which is always nice!

I mgith try Tarragon instead of the cinnamon. We'll see where it leads. I figured I'd smell like a candy store, but it ends up being muted, and but of lingers nicely. I'll add updates as I stumble across them.

Okay so after day 1 my face got a little itchy. I might rethink both the anise and cinnamon. Its a nice smell, but maybe not skin friendly.
