Who's used it? Did you break out? Any after effects of using the soap? I'm sometimes apprehensive about using products from China, but I've heard good things about this soap.

Has anybody here ever used it?

    Never heard of it.
You say you've heard good things. Have you heard any negative?

    Paging @richgem ! There's a review from 2010 on B&B.
It's a products that's been around for quite a while. Has to be at least as safe a vegetables from Mexico.

Edit; See following post. Thank you Sir!

I have used it and continue to use it/order it when I restock my (bath) soap supplies. If you look around at some of the vitamin sites, it's dirt cheap (like $0.80 < bar < $1). I prefer the ginseng version (not used others). The only problem that I've had with it, is that it's a small ("guest sized") bar, so it does get used up quickly. Otherwise, no issues.

Try luckyvitamin or vitacost off the top of my head.

Well, let's say you're from my neck of the woods and only bathe on Saturdays. A guest sized bar might last six months or more. Problem solved! :)

As long as you're aware of the wind direction, you'll be OK. :)
