were talking about: Sweeny Todd: the Demon Barber of Fleet street wish I had time to go see it today.
Johnny Depp is my favorite actor in today's Hollywood. I've liked him since 21 Jump Street actually! :rofl I like that he takes the less traveled path when choosing films. The previews remind me of Sleepy Hollow.
I've heard it's .........................bloody ! This will be the first "grown-up" movie I've seen at a theatre in years Loved the musical and cant wait to see JD in the role.
Swenny Todd It's a Bloody good movie I went an saw it last night with my wife for my birthday. I would like too know if anyone can identify what kind of razors he used I sure would like too have a set.
While I haven't seen it, knowing Hollywood I bet they could very well have been made by a props department. The promotional stuff makes them out to be huge.. but you never know!
Now that would be rather impressive.. What I probably should have said originally was that knowing Hollywood (which I have so well proven before) we will see MARKETED versions of the razor at some point.
Props. No edge. Can't have expesive actors cutting themselves by accident. Can't have expensive items "dissapear." That doesn't mean they won't make and market replicas. Either that or the "fantasy sword and dagger" vendor crowd will make something.
Yes. There is one scene where he presses the edge against someone's throat (I'm not saying who for spoilers sakes) and it leaves a crease, but doesn't cut!
