Just started using a straight Razor about 8 weeks ago. Purchased a shavette and a golden Dollar. I have collected knives for years and have always tried to keep them razor sharp. The thing is even though they would shave my long arm hairs, they would never actually shave. So straight razors have finally given me the chance to sharpen and hone a truly razor sharp edge. Since then I have started picking up vintage razors. I went from 1 to now 11 as of last night. I am looking up the history on each brand to get as much information as I can. It brings more enjoyment to the collection. I have ran into this site multiple times over the past few weeks finding information on various razors. So I look forward to the continued journey.
