Spotted this brush a while back at a clearout sale at a traditional barbers and only paid £34 GBP !
Fantastic presentation with the box. The actual brush is very soft and all real silvertip. Feels luxurious. Quite alot of hair but the knot isnt massive the loft appears to be but dont be put off once loaded with water this subsides.

I find this brush produces a fantastic lather and holds an awful lot of water. Lathers fairly quickly too. The handle is a little small for my big hands but easy to create a swirling motion if a little slippy. I use it with my goto cream proraso original.

Its taken a while to find that sweet spot in terms of water/cream balance but now its just great awful lot of fluffy rich lather possible with practice less than 3 minutes. I let the brush soak a while in hot water very light shake off for excess water and swirl in the cream but applying cream directly to face works just as good. At the end when i squeeze the richest cream out with my fingers for touch up this easily amounts to a handful and thats with my bighands.

Personally prefer slightly harder brush like a mixed hair vulfix but this is fantastic and has shed very little hair in over 6 months, like less than 10 hairs.

For a well made, luxury silvertip brush its hard to beat and with the Kent heritage - you will knot be dissappointed,it will meet expectations.

I Have a kent BK2 NIB thats still waiting to come into rotation - hope that tells you something ! I just reach for this without even thinking, daily.

Make sure you get a brush stand to hang it on and always let it dry au natural. Have a feeling this will last a while; as in years and years and would more than likely be replaced by the same if I dont use the kent BK2.

    Highly recommended.
