Kirks Castile Soap: Face or Body? Drying or No?

    I got a 3 pack of Kirks from a discount store for 3.15...I was wondering if its drying or not? Is it safe to use on the face?

    If its drying I'm using it on the body, if not it will be a pre-shave face wash.

    I've found it rather drying. Pears would be the better bargain, though the scent is not what it was before the last reformulation.

    Whole foods glycerin soap is great as a pre shave.

    O I have pre shave soaps, but I find kirks at a good price, so I bought it. I'm currently using noxzema face wash.
