100 Bloody Acres for me. I saw a review that said it was "Australia's answer to Tucker and Dale Vs Evil." Not a very good answer. It wasn't funny and it was boring and predictable.
I haven't even watched iron man 1... All three are probably the same anyways. Hollywood ran out of ideas since the 80s
Just watched Gravity Saturday night and honestly it didn't do much for me. Right now I'm finishing up the Bourne Ultimatum. I like to watch that trilogy at least yearly.
I've found youtube to have loads of good movies. Yoso- 60's Japanese drama Sunday Too Far Away- 1975 Australian movie , life of sheep shearers. Amazingly good movie. The Insect Woman- If you don't know Shohei Immimura , shame on you. The Lost Cannibal World- Italian cannibal movie, they made good ones. Nagasaki Hankacho- " Dark Magistrate"- 70's Japanese 26 episode tv series. The Nagasaki Magistrate plays the part of a self indulgent fool but along with 3 others metes out justice on the rich and powerful at night. This is a great series, action, comedy , bawdiness, fun to watch.
Speaking of Youtube and Japan, a user called montecristo73returns has these Japanese short scary Japanese videos called "Ghost Stories from Japan." I love those.
Just watched 'Return of the Jedi.' On VHS! The very first post-theater release, before Lucas went back and added scenes, plus later digital enhancements. Purchased right after it's release in 1986. Definitely before HD.....
