I was chatting with a fellow Christian when we realized that my views on the doctrine of salvation were different than the other generally recognized views. I am looking for fellow Christians who would be interested in joining a private chat to assess my doctrinal view, and point out any weaknesses in it from a scriptural viewpoint. And no, I am not interested in discussing those views in this thread, nor of hearing yours in this thread. This is only a sign up thread for the chat.
I'm in, but I'll be honest I'm not up on all the terminology. I'm just a stumbling beggar that's been saved by a King.
Always interested in other's views, although i must admit your term doctrinal! is quite intimidating Not sure i am with that, but happy to chat I am of the keep it simple type (Still stumbling...daily)
I'm former clergy. I've done the formal study. I've been a variety of flavors of Christian. I'm available if you'd like another POV.
The thread created has kind of slowed down towards the end of Feb, but I am sure @PLANofMAN can send you the link/invitation
It will probably stay permanently open, if you want to skip a lot of tedious reading, ignore most of my posts until page 3, otherwise you'll have to wade through 3 or 4 revisions.
