Thanks for the demonstration...nice bowl. Does it make the 'Klank' sound when the brush hits the edges? Does it do anything different or unique from any other lather bowl? Can you remove that handle and just hold the bowl in your hand?
There is no klank since the bowl is made of wood. Because of the size of the bowl there is not a lot of contact with the brush handle. What I find unique is the quality of lather that the bowl makes... well I make with the assistance of the bowl, as it were. I've tried several different soaps and the result is always creamy and consistent. Also the handle makes the bowl very easy to hold. You cannot use the bowl without the handle since the top of the handle becomes the bottom of the bowl when inserted.
