Hello to all, you may not know me yet but I feel like I kind of know some of you...been lurking for a little bit and finally said, hey it's its friday the 13th why not join since I seem to come to this site almost daily, and stranger things have probably happened on friday the 13th.....been a "goodfellow" now for about 3 months and its funny how I look forward to shaving now even if my wife thinks im going crazy (i think she thinks that anyways)...but, I also wanted to say THANK YOU to YOU ALL!!! as I have found sooooo much great info here on not just getting started, but also different things to try out...i might also say you are ALL a bunch of enabler's in this new found addiction...but anyway, here is my current set up: pre-shave-home made oil razor-black beauty adjustable (S1 is the number, not to sure what that means though) blade: still "testing" some but I have kind of settled into the personna's and astra SP's brush: VDH badger lather-VDH deluxe soap AS- proraso also use a home made scuttle because I love me some warm lather sorry for such a long 1st post and AGAIN thank you all, you were more helpful to me than you know

to TSD "IDuck" Nice first post. You've got a very nice starting kit and soon you'll have an ever larger kit. About the only thing better than acquiring shave stuff for yourself is helping other shavers acquire more shave stuff for themselves!!
