The Old Spice Lime Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #144 finest badger brush. I did two passes the Micromatic Clog-Pruf and CVS SE blade, I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Black Hawk again today and it was much smoother and more comfortable than the last shave. I think the blade just needed some breaking in. Smooth shave today with the Black Hawk and Stirling's Margaritas in the Arctic. I like menthol level of that soap. All in all a nice way to start the work week.

    Have a great day!

Late reporting in. This was my 03/03/17 shave.
Schick J-1 and JR #130 provided quite a smooth, long lasting reduction. I'm enjoying 30+ samples from the Soap Pass Around and revisiting razors that haven't seen service for a while.
    Keep 'em coming Gentlemen!

Another consistent near BBS 2 pass shave this morning. This is a fantastic work morning lineup for me.

Continuing with the Black Hawk today. Nice, smooth shave. I really like this razor. The Stirling Margaritas soap is really pleasantly cool. Overall a really fine shave.

    Have a great day!

Popped a fresh blade in a flea market found vintage for it's first shave in my den. It had no blade when I bought it, but it's not NOS. The gold color was worn off the cap already. I looked it up and think it's a G for the spring type, serial numbers, and mold lines on the handle. The razor performed admirably. Great reduction with no errors.

Still on the Black Hawk. In fact this is the same setup as yesterday save the aftershave change. Comfortable, efficient, and fine shave this morning with the Black Hawk, MITA, and an Executive Man finish. Really enjoyable. My injectors are feeling ignored! I'll get back to them soon.

    Have a terrific day!

I know the feeling. My Featherweight is supposed to be arriving today but I probably won't get around to it until the weekend.

First post here. Guess we post SOTD in this thread? I just started DE shaving 2 weeks ago, did a Weishi for a week but decided i need.something a little more aggressive. Now im addicted.

    Thursday March 9th
    '58 red tip
    gillette russian
    creamo peppermint
    home brew lanolin lotion

Shave went really smooth, love this combo. No tugging at all or irritation, almost full BBS. My neck is my trouble spot as i can never seem to get it perfectly smooth ATG but got closer then normal today. A good shave!
