Finally got a chance to post pics of some restores I've done on the site; school has kept me crammed for time so the newest restore from a month ago is still waiting to be photographed, but I wanted to share these for now. Thanks for looking everyone. The first one was a marsh bros. that I had planned to keep for myself, but the member from another forum I was working the restores for had a red imp that just couldn't be salvaged; so I decided to let go of this one. I reworked the barber's notch due to some devil's spit that had corroded all the way through to the back using diamond files and some strips of sandpaper I widened and elongated it past the corrosion. He also wanted some "out there scales in red g10 with the wedge showing through so I went with the black g10 for the better color contrast of the cutout. The notch was made in two straight cuts with my bandsaw; after that it was diamond files and sandpaper and a whole lot of filing, check, filing, check, and sanding smooth to be buffed.
