Super Sunday shave Troy! I am a cold water shaver all year round.
Wonderful pair of shaves Keith.
Interesting little razor and a nice shave Jason.
That's beautiful country in that part of Md. My nephew lives in the Gaithersburg area.
Wonderful Muhle shave Barry.
Happy belated birthday Paul!
I enjoy my shaves with the R41. Is it the infamous 2011 or later model?
Hi Randy. Glad the Good Humor man stopped by to see how we are doing. Enjoy your Sunday.
There has been OT to deal with at work so I’m not shaving as often as I’d like.
Today I used:
My fave BIG brush
The mystery soap mug
$17 - 6/8 John Jay, Dust Store find w/MOP inlays.
Intrepid Man - a Stirling interpretation of some Creed scent.
The shave device is recently back from a field trip to the Lone Star State. It was in rough shape when I found it. Probably seldom if ever used, but the pearl tang had me. It still bears the marks of neglectful storage. Very thin grind and light weight. Great shaver.
The good thing about OT is the extra cash to waste on shave goodies I don’t need......like maybe one of those modern Bokers with the Mother of Pearl tang inlays. Hmmm.
Great shave, great day.
@Triigger, I hear Artie is headed to Saskatchewan by way of Bogata, Columbia.
Very nice Jim!
I’d forgettaboutit Paul. I even taunted the Queen once. Sometimes folks just never get over the teen snickers they learned in adolescence.
Congratulations on the Edmund Fitzgerald of the soap. Trismegistus is one of my favorites. It will always have a place in the den.
Thank you Joe
Ahhh, all right, Mr. Cawtuh-at least I'm still here shaving and posting away.
Wonderful restoration of the razor Bill. Very nice shave too.
Awesome shave Bill! Hope you get that Böker with the mother of pearl inlays on the tang.
Lol! It's in transit to the Port Jeff Post office so Artie should be home tomorrow.
Very nice shave Troy. I am an iced water shave person myself. I load my brush scuttle with 3-4 cubes of ice and fill it with water. The top of the scuttle becomes very cold and transfers this chill to the load brush. It feels great on the face. I do use a like warm water to wash off the soap then do several rinses with the remaining iced water. Devine!
