Campechana - Chopped onion, chopped jalapenas, chopped cucmber, Shrimp, Crab ( normally use Octopus but the wife does not care for it), Tomato juice, clamato juice ( picante), Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, course ground black pepper, cilantro, the juice of a fresh lime or two. Let sit for a couple hours ( overnight is better) I like to add green tomatillo salsa to mine! I also top it off with some Avacado slices

I pretty much love anything with cilantro and/or lime and this stuff sounds droolicious. I will have to try it (minus the octopus as well). Thanks for posting!
I think a spoon would be mandatory... but I'd try it. I like bloody mary's anyway... this is a stylized version it seems.
