I have owned this miniature razor for a number of years, I don't believe it's a corn razor because they all look very different, I think it's probably a Solingen tourist keepsake, I use the razor as a little pocket knife in a little leather sheath, the razor has been honed finished on a Naniwa 12K and it's shave ready, a quarter hollow 3/8 with a blade less than a two-inch cutting edge in faux Tortoiseshell scales all original.

Maybe it's for shaving troll babies? @mrchick

Either way, should be good for detailing around a moustache or goatee.

Ah yes, the short-lived "teach your child the easy way to shave, the straight razor way," fad. :p

    *this was never a thing.*

Edit: that's a cool little razor, and an interesting conversation piece for sure.

On the playground: "Those are dueling scars. I'm obviously too young to shave."
