Monday Night Football PIF October 5 *GONE*

OK, I haven't done one of these in a while, and I need to adjust my shave karma.

I prefer this to go out to a newbie who needs the equipment who has shown that they will stick around the forum. However, I am not imposing any rules on this one.

Here is the deal: Packers & Vikings. Favre is back but going against his old team. Guess the total score of both teams combined. (for example, if you think Packers win 23 to 20, then your guess is 43). The person closest to the actual score, wins.

In the event of a tie, the total number of interceptions will be the tie breaker.

What is being offered: Winners choice - the winner can choose one of the following (sorry no time for pics this morning):

• Thin, ball end tech
• ball end old style with typical cracks in handle
• ball end handle long tooth new (again typical cracks in handle)
• 40's notched super speed with missing endcaps - (endcaps do not affect shave)
• G series injector
• J series injector
• used Mama Bear's Clear Skies shaving soap (at least 50% full)
• Used TSD Bourbon Vanilla (at least 50% full)

If the winner gets the total EXACTLY correct, then they can pick two things from the list.

A true newbie will probably want to avoid the NEW or old style as they are more aggressive razors.

None of the razors are in perfect pristine collectors condition. They are shaver condition, which is what I hoard.

I am typing this real quick before I go off to work so I don't have time to take pics or estimate how much soap is left in the containers but they are at least half full.

So to enter: Give me two guesses 1) the total combined points in the game and 2) the total number of interceptions (tie breaker).

Deadline: opening kickoff!

If this goes well, then perhaps I will give future offerings for MNF PIFS.

Seeing that we are already at 42 points and the highest guess is 41, it looks like turnz2 is the winner. Just PM me with your choice and snail mail info and I will get that into the mail by Wednesday. Thanks for playing, and keep an eye out for me doing this again next week.

I'm delighted to be the winner of Etoyoc's generosity and wish to commend him for it.

While I've been wet shaving for well over 40 years it wasn't until I could no longer find ANY shaving soaps, brushes or anything else locally and turned to the net. Finding TSD has been a wonderful experience and has introduced me to so many new products. Where have I been all these years just picking up a puck of Williams when I needed it and being disgusted with the stupid cartridge scene? Now I'm back to DE shaving, enjoying lots of new products and happily surrounded by my AD.
