Just to answer the next question: No I am NOT an expert knife sharpener, I am good but nowhere near as much experience with knives as razors No I do not take knives to "Wicked Sharp" if they slice Tomatoes perfectly without any hesitation they are good for me I use a 22° edge for most Kitchen knives and all hunting knives, some Japenese Knives I have I will drop to 15°
