One of the conditions of me switching to DE shaving was that i had a lockable box to keep blades etc away from my lovely son, courtesy of my wife. My parents managed to get me one of these for my birthday - not actually my birthday yet but they decided to check it was ok with me before their return period ended!! (I don't think it was necessary)
Great idea, you can also get blade banks for cheap for the used blades. I'm not a fan of the used blades spots on the plastic tucks.
Yeah I'd looked at blade banks for used - read about using a food can with a slit, cut with a Stanley knife. The box should be big enough to fit most of my kit plus any used ones. Stick a little padlock on the front to childproof it
Thank you gentlemen Its not huge but as it happens I've bought more stuff than I thought I would so I have to keep some separately anyway! It holds a couple of tucks of blades, my alum block, a couple of razors, my bowl and a tub of cream. I can also fit a brush in there but I realised having joined here (rather obviously) that my brush should be left out to dry. Still, it therefore carries everything I want apart from face wash and aftershave balm, which live in the bathroom cabinet anyway. Its in a few of my SOS pics but heres a couple as requested
I don't know... it's the same style. May not be exactly the same one. Edit: I should explain, the first one was the picture from the website 2nd edit: I had never actually noticed the pic my parents sent had a handle on the top!!
