My father just built me a brush/razor stand and I wanted to share. Also a few pics of my humble little den. I'm not very good using a digital camera....sorry
Great shaving cabinet, great x10 because your dad built it for you. The days of that kind of thing happening are near-mythological for a lot of folks. He did a good job with the design, too, leaving you room to grow. That man deserves a new brush for Father's Day!
That is one of the coolest I have seen. Tell your pops if he wants to make another I'm first in line! DIBS
WIN!! Your dad is awesome! Excellent organization, which will make it easier for your daughter & her friends to raid your stash
Thank you all for the kind comments. I will surely show him all the comments. It will put a big smile on his face. He's now 73 and has been wood working for ever it seems. Lets just say his been working so long he's missing both thumbs. He build this without any plans and used the wood from my property, red oak and poplar. Thanks again...
I sure am. He lost the first one on a table saw and the second one on a radial arm saw. I didn't mention he has no palm print on his right hand. Planed that off using a joiner. Do you think it's time for me to take away the keys to his workshop. lol I would never stop him from his woodworking. It keeps him happy and young at heart. I just won't loan him my chainsaw. lol
Ahh MAN! That had to sting. The woodwork is more impressive it has be a lot harder to do with no thumbs.
