New Case for 1918 U.S. Army Gillette

I made this box today for my U.S. Army 1918 Old Type. It is walnut to match the handle I made for the OT. These first pictures are before I put a finish on it.











Finished: I lined the inside with blue velvet.

I gotta say Jim aka @Jayaruh makes a fine case. I found a NEW LC at a local shop that had been refinished and was super nice. After showing it to him he said it needed a home and proceeded to make this beauty.
