I hope you enjoy it here. I had many many unhappy shaves(most of my adult life) before I discovered "traditional" shaving. Now like you I also enjoy shaving and like to keep shaved.:)

    Welcome from Florida, USA.
I’ve been eyeing heljestrand / Eskilstuna straights
But I’m a vintage DE fan also

I’ve tried but could never come to love that salty licorice.....

Welcome to TSD @Dolle! I hope we can assist you in your Shave Journey. Please do ask questions! Plenty of veteran shavers around to offer opinions, advice, even actual information.

Nice choices to get started. Those two tend to be mild shavers. I've still got both in my pile, but like many I've moved into more aggressive razors. Since you enjoy both new and vintage razors have you found local shops? I'm on the South Coast of the U.S. so we have garage sales and flea markets year round, and thrift & antique stores when it raining.

First of all, welcome to the den. Secondly, get yourself a NEW Short Comb, or get a Long Comb as well and decide which one works best for you.
