Probably the best value shave shop in Thailand is "Man Of Siam" Have bought a few things off them, and they try to keep their prices as close to what you would pay back home. They are the Muhle distributors in Thailand and have a great selection. They also have their own shaving soaps and are very highly rated. I've used them and they are great.
