New Homes For Shave Soaps

I finally got these wood shave bowls cleaned, applied a few coats of matte clear and added the soaps. Top row was easy, nuked and poured. L-R: Dirty Deeds Green Tweed, Love My Skin Hawaiian Sandalwood and Love My Skin Barbershop 1920's. Bottom: Vintage Williams tallow soap: grated, pressed and added hot water on top to smooth it out, pressed some more, then drained of excess water.

 

Forgot about that Love My Skin company.

 

I had these in back of my soaps and didn't pay attention to them. But not any more............

i recently found one at the local value village.someone wrinkle painted it..it will need a thorough sanding to bring it back to original.future project..
