    At the very least, she should offer you a deal on a re-handle! I'd make it good, but my title is only ceremonial!!!
    Umm, why don't you just ask Joe for a refund? :rofl

    I would blame joe on that one...or the maker of the candle. The candle should not have been that hard IMHO

    Seriously if a brush can't stand a one foot fall on a candle it is a POS.

    I suspect it was dropped before - hairline fracture, ya know? Still, I plan to be more careful with mine.

    Oh, and try to steer clear of Denali's and blow torches!! :rolleyes:

    This will definatley make me purchase the 3824 before i get the BK4

    I did not notice any. Maybe Joe can spill the beans and tell me how he treated this brush like a red headed step child.

    3824 was my first high end brush, if you like soft and big she is your brush.

    i just want to go a step down from a 3126. Its nice.but it is a bit big.

    With Joe, no tellin' WHERE that handle's been! Hell, maybe he dropped it off the Sears tower just to check it out!!
