As more of a continuation, has anyone seen or even purchased the new design. It was released late last night. And well me being the lover of any aggressive razor, i just had to click the buy button.
Muhle sell it direct on their site. It's meant to be quite an aggressive razor, which i like anyway. I wish they would use different model numbers. There have been so many R89 and R41 versions that those model numbers mean nothing.
True. And discussing them will become more cumbersome with the need to clarify which one is being referenced.
We'll call it R41-2011. There's the bar model R89-2009. Looking forward to the reviews and to EJ picking up the head at a better price. I like the EJ handles a lot more than the Mühle handles.

MÜHLE does most of the EJ parts, I do know EJ turns most of their own brush handles on CNC machines in the UK though. If I remember correctly the last version, the EJ came after the MÜHLE as well.
Well it was sent yesterday, so hopefully it won't be too long. Im itching to shave now, but i'll hold back just in case the thing arrives tomorrow morning. Have to get a review in asap for you folks.
