New Red Tip

I just got this beauty on ebay and I thought I would share. Best shave that I've had in months. Just finished. I've had a red tip before but not in this kind of condition.

Looks very nice. I think it looks replated and that seller does replate. You got it for a very good price, especially compared to others he sells. He shilled one up to like $90 one time.

 

Looks NOS, but like scotty said it could be replated.

Well, it was repainted but that was disclosed at least. Good price though and I agree, they are terrific shavers.

 

Ever put a feather in a red tip? Sounds like a recipe for disaster.

 

Nice-looking razor!

My red tip is by far my favorite razor. Mine isn't as good-looking as this one. I found it in a local antique store - and it needed significant cleaning. It looks the 50+ years that it is. But boy does it shave great.
