Several months ago Rudy posted a brush for sale that the customer did not follow thru with payment. I jumped at the chance and bought the brush. I have really enjoyed using the brush but began thinking it would be nice to have one made just the way I want. So I contacted Rudy and began the process. In addition to being a great craftsman, Rudy proved to be a pleasure to work with in the design process. He answered my questions with patience and grace, helping me to understand the choices. In the end, I decided on a Shavemac Finest 26mm with a 52 mm loft set in Rudy's interpretation of a M7 handle of Faux Briar. I just received the brush this week and have done a few test lathers. I look forward to using this brush after I complete the January 30 challenge. Even at this stage with only test lathers it is far softer than I thought but with very good backbone. Clint, that brush is a beauty, and I'm sure it will perform wonderfully. Rudy is a true gentlemen and a craftsman.
