So I have finally purchased my first all in working order straight! It's an imperial and it's stamped 1934. When I got it, the only thing that was touched was the wax paper because it had fallen apart. It shaves beautifully! Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
Anyone know if that's the opening year or the year it was produced? Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
I have Honed Lots of ERN or Crown & Sword Razors..The 1934 was the Model Number & they were at the Top of their Production Line in My Humble Opinion...Not Sure about the Date of Production..Here is a Thread about them.. http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rc...a.html&usg=AFQjCNFWTwZbTHwCNXRUpF4FEiedAOnMKw Billy..
I don't think I've ever seen the year of manufacture stamped on a straight. Hence we have to do a lot of research and often guesswork trying to determine the age of our vintage razors.
