I had been using an electric razor from my early 20's to a few years ago. About the time I turned 40 my beard became very thick and course and I began to suffer sever ingrown hair problems. Sites like these have been a God send, I have learned so much. After switching to wet shaving I still suffer ingrown hair occasionally but not bad as long as I make only one pass, on special occasions or meetings I go with three but then suffer 3 or 4 days later. As someone posted on one of these sites, 5 oclock shadow at 10 AM is better than red welts all over my neck. I have been working my way through many different brands and styles of products for the last two years and have enjoyed reading these sites so I finally joined. Thanks for all your help.
