Hello all, my name is SlagleRock! I am new to the world of DE. In fact I haven't had my first wet shave with a DE yet. I ordered a "starter kit" with some samples and a Feather Portable Razor and samples of cream, soap, AS and blades. I am currently BBC and have spent about half of my adult life Bald By Choice. I am military so I frequently shave it all off when I am in "hot" climates. I've read several of the posts here looking for advice on what products to try which razors are best. I'll take all pointers!

Start of with the lathering with your new brush/soap/cream. Yo may want to do this with your existing M3 or whatever cartridge you are using until you get the hang of building lather. Be sure to check out the Mantic videos on Youtube before you actually apply your first DE razor to your face!
