I started with a VDH brush. I then based on several recommendations to get "any Omega" got a Omega 31064. I wasn't very impressed with it. It always seemed to go "hollow" when it got wet and I liked the VDH better. I then got the 49 Omega. I love it! The VDH is wearing out and I still don't like the 31064. I'm leaning toward a Semogue 2000. I see good reviews about it but will I really like it twice as much as the 49 (price difference)?

Many people are intimidated by the larger size of many boar brushes, but when they are broken in they are great performers.
